MANAGER, REVENUE CYCLE ANALYTICS

The Manager of RCM Analytics is responsible for building and managing the analytics capability required by the RCM operations team to perform in best-in-class level.  The Manager will have a team of 5 – 8 analysts and report writers who will partner with business leaders on RCM and RCM-related analytical needs.

Talent-related

  • Reviews Stakeholders in the RCM analytics team
  • Core member of the group that handles hiring/separation of members of Analytical team
  • Ensures continuous learning; optimizes skillset of RCM analytics team
  • Ensure the necessary skills and capacity are available for business needs

Core analytics capability

  • Identifies core capabilities required by the analytics team.  Creates and executes plan to ensure that these capabilities are available to the business and operations teams as necessary
  • Prioritizes analytical work done by the RCM analytics team. Act as the “demand manager” of all RCM-related analytical requests
  • Maintains quality of all analytical work and report output
  • Coaches, guides more junior analysts on analytical approaches, tools, modeling
  • Creates ad hoc analyses required by the business, especially those of complex and urgent nature,

Partnerships

  • Partners with different CTCA groups as required to ensure analytical effort and output are optimized.  Example groups are FP&A, Corp. Decision Support, Payor Access, Strategy, and IS
  • Along with colleagues, manages relationship with vendors that support analytical capability of CTCA

Communication

  • Communicates key analyses to RCM leadership team
  • Continuously updates key executives (RCM and others) as necessary
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree in related field preferred
  • Very strong analytical mindset
  • Mastery of at least one analytical tool
  • Modeling experience
  • Relevant systems knowledge
  • Ability to manage a high performing team; open to feedback and non-hierarchical problem solving environment
