Job Summary/Purpose:

The Empowerment Workforce Planner is responsible for forecasting daily, weekly and monthly volumes for calls, chats and third-party outsourcer.  This person also has the responsibility for managing the necessary processes to execute the staffing and scheduling plans. This person will also be involved with the development and planning of the above processes.  This person will also assist with handling phone calls to the call center during times of heavy call volume.   This person must be available to work some evenings and weekends.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA preferred
  • Experience in a sales, call center operation using workforce management scheduling software (Verint preferred)
  • Workforce management certification, preferred but not required
  • Exposure to Cisco UCCE and CUIC
  • Experience with Kronos timekeeping software
  • Familiarity with SalesForce CRM preferred, but not required
