Position Overview

Collaborates regularly with Leadership of Centers of Advanced Oncology in the development and implementation of administrative and operational activities of the Center of Advanced Oncology. Assists with development and execution of Center goals such that they support the organizational mission and strategic plan of the Outpatient Oncology Clinic and Southeastern Regional Medical Center. Responsible for collaborating and communicating with patients, management team, center stakeholders, medical staff, and hospital staff to enhance the quality and efficiency of health care delivery.  Serve as a point of contact for the development of oncology disease management throughout the continuum of care, promoting best practices and quality of life.  Ensures that the Centers of Advanced Oncology provides clinical coordination of care and services for all patients while supporting the mission of CTCA by treating patients as a whole person in a compassionate and caring environment. Ensures adherence to all state and federal regulatory requirements in their respective Center of Advanced Oncology.


Key Position Qualifications

  • RN candidates must have current Georgia RN License from an accredited college
  • BSN required or enrolled in a BSN program within 6 months of hire and completed within 3 years of date of hire
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.  Previous Management experience preferred
